The collaboration between Oy Plastex Ab and OWS began with our need to quickly and easily transmit messages between our customers and us. We started exploring potential partners and decided on OWS.

We aim to focus on designing and manufacturing plastic products and consumer goods, as well as serving our customers. Therefore, I believe it is essential to have the right partners, and OWS has proven to be a valuable partner in message transmission. It is a way to streamline the order-delivery chain. Orders can be easily and quickly integrated into our system from our customers, allowing us to deliver products to them as swiftly as possible.

This is concretely evident in expediting and enhancing trade between central organizations. However, I see this as just the beginning of the path. Our goal is to gradually bring all our key customers into the realm of digital information exchange.

I believe that a domestic family-owned business committed to developing operations in Finland is a principle very close to our heart as well. In this digital and globally competitive landscape, seamless cooperation among Finnish companies is crucial. In our case, it means that a Plastex product made in Lohja, Finland, can easily reach customers through retailers. For this, we need rapid and digital information exchange.
