Sending e-invoices
Send all your company invoices electronically – reliably
With the OWS Sales Invoice Service, you can manage your company's billing easily and securely. Whether your customer prefers invoices via electronic, email, or paper format, you send them all in one streamlined process. We ensure that invoices arrive in the format required by the customer. Sending invoices through the Peppol network is also supported with OWS.
Through our service, you can also send invoice images and attachments generated by your system. If your system doesn't generate an invoice image, our service creates one automatically based on the invoice data. If your customer does not accept e-invoices, our print service handles the attachments.
The invoices you send are stored in our service for one year. You can also add an archival feature to the service, compliant with accounting regulations (6 years).
Smooth implementation
Implementing the Sales Invoice Service is seamless across various systems. We have partnerships with different software providers and pre-packaged solutions.
As a customer, you receive a designated technical contact who facilitates the service implementation and continues to act as your liaison even after the implementation. Any changes and updates to the service can be conveniently managed with your familiar contact person.

Receiving e-invoices is a cost-effective way to automate routines and reduce manual work.
In the OWS Purchase Invoice Service, you receive all invoices through a single channel as e-invoices. The sender's transmission method doesn't affect the reception: e-invoices are delivered directly to you. Paper and email invoices are converted into a format your system can read, typically the widely used Finvoice format. Sending and receiving invoices through the Peppol network is also supported.
Our service ensures that you receive the invoice image and attachments. If an image isn't provided with the invoice data from the sender, it is generated from the transmitted data, aiding in the interpretation of the invoice.
Scanning Service
While many suppliers send their invoices as e-invoices, paper and email invoices still circulate. You can receive these invoices in electronic format using our scanning service. Receiving e-invoices speeds up the processing of purchase invoices, saves time, reduces manual work and typing errors, and eliminates unnecessary paper files in the office.

Yes, the purchase invoice service can be used even if you receive invoices from abroad. Foreign suppliers can send their invoices to our invoice scanning service, where they are converted into the e-invoice format. Supported languages are Finnish, Swedish, and English by default.
The system must be able to receive electronic e-invoices. You can inquire about reception capabilities from your system provider or e-invoice operator. It's essential to ensure that, in addition to receiving e-invoices, the system also includes invoice images for accounting purposes.
